Phi Reference Sheet

Since Tim Burton's version of Alice in Wonderland came out I noticed people were making their own Cheshire Cat characters or their own likenesses of him. Since he has been my favorite character for years (besides the White Rabbit) I decided that I would make my own Chesh.

Of course, she is female and not the one Alice meets in the book or movies. After all, in the book it was stated that "All Cheshire Cats smile" meaning that Chesh is simply a cat from Cheshire. I laughed when I googled the place. No wonder they smile all the time. XD

Anywho, I never did create my own kitty until during the end of my Discrete Math class earlier this year when we were studying the Fibonacci Numbers (my favorite unit <3) We learned about Phi, which is that symbol that is at the top of the ref. I thought it was a perfect name for her. ^^ Originally she had a normal colored nose and pads, and her eyes kept being switched between orange, gold, or green because I couldn't make up my mind. But I was messing around on my iPad and gave her these eyes, which I ended up keeping in this final design. <3
